The Grid Status Test is a means of identifying what is working and what is not, on a system running Globus based grid services. However, we are not able to fix problems that the script detects. If you are having problems with the test, then we encourage you to contact us.

If you have questions about errors that were reported by the test, you should turn to the support channels for the particular software package that is acting incorrectly. (Of course, asking your site's grid administrator is recommended as well, as they likely have intimate knowledge of the system you are having difficulties with.)
