-Functional complete code rewrite of TeraGrid Status Test

-Error Log: All errors and warnings are now output to an error log
 in a directory created in the user's home directory.  The log takes
 the format:

    Test: <test name>
    Result: <Failure|Warning|Not Run|No Server Found|Timed out>
    Command: <command or commands run during execution of test>
    Reason: (reason only given if test does not run)
    Likely Reason: (if test runs and fails, interpretation of the
                    error message is attempted, and if a possible
                    reason for the failure can be found, it is 
                    reported here)
    Output: <output of command run>

-Jobmanager detection: The jobmanagers tested are now pulled from a
 query of the server's GRIS.  If the GRIS reports a set of
 jobmanagers, those are tested.  If no jobmanagers are reporting, or
 a GRIS is not running, then testing of the default jobmanager
 ("jobmanager") is attempted .

-Removal of GIIS Test: This version is meant to be run with no
 configurations needed.  Since the GIIS is specified, this test was
 pulled from the initial release of this test.

-Removal of Third Party FTP Transfers: This required specifying the
 remote FTP Server.  Taken out for same reason as GIIS Test.
